Location
Your New Employee Orientation – Orientation generally begins on Monday and starts at 8:30 a.m. in the HR Training Room – Building 283.
Parking
Below is a link to our parking map that will provide driving directions as well as lots that are available to park. You will receive a temporary parking pass at orientation from your trainer.

What to Bring
- Original and unexpired identity and employment authorization document(s) for completion of the Form I-9.
- (Optional) Social Security Number(s) for your designated benefit plan beneficiaries, if you choose to complete this documentation during the session. Note: You will have an opportunity to submit the beneficiary forms to the Benefits office at a later date.
- We strive to maintain a standard temperature in orientation rooms. For your comfort, we recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket.

SODM & BSOM Orientations
CSS employees (those working in a clinical support role) will also be required to attend the Brody School of Medicine Orientation session and DMSS employees will attend a School of Dental Medicine Orientation, depending on your department. Your employment offer letter will notify you if you are required to attend this additional orientation session.

Faculty Orientation
Faculty employees are only expected to attend New Faculty Orientation. To find more information about this orientation please visit the New Faculty orientation website below. If you are not attending orientation the Office for Faculty Excellence would still appreciate you completing their short New Faculty Survey found on their page and reviewing the New Faculty Checklist.
